67pkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "67pkr" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 67pkr online gaming platform accessible at 67pkr.net, operated by the licensed entity under the applicable international gaming license.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a 67pkr account and uses the Platform for any purpose, including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, and accessing promotional offers.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 67pkr platform, which holds the Player's PKR balance, betting history, and personal details.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using a verified payment method, which are held separately from Bonus Funds and are withdrawable subject to KYC verification.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid documentation, including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent, to confirm identity and age.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of eligible bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become withdrawable as Real Money Funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which 67pkr accounts are denominated and all transactions are processed.

By completing the 67pkr registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a bet, or accepting any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 67pkr. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any 67pkr service.

67pkr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register a 67pkr account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 67pkr platform is strictly for adults. Providing false age information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not hold 67pkr accounts.
• You must not already hold a 67pkr account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Pakistani contact details.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 67pkr is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 67pkr or any of its affiliated entities.

67pkr operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming license obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) commitments. Verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed and may be requested at any point during account operation.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes:

• Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis), or valid Pakistani passport.
• Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months and showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of your registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account showing your name and account details, to confirm that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder.

67pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation if the standard KYC documents are deemed insufficient to confirm identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension and pending withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on the 67pkr platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other payment methods listed in the 67pkr cashier at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• 67pkr does not accept deposits made on behalf of a Player by a third party. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 67pkr account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Any delay must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction date.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name following KYC completion.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff by fully KYC-verified accounts are processed on the same business day.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed while any portion of the account balance consists of uncleared Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• 67pkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts before processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

67pkr offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified Players aged 21 and above only. Players who have not completed identity verification are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account balance automatically.
• By default, Bonus Funds must be wagered before Real Money Funds. Once Bonus Funds are exhausted, the Real Money balance is used. Players may forfeit Bonus Funds at any time via account settings, after which only the Real Money balance remains.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to progressive jackpot slots, live dealer tables, and specific table games — may contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all, toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 67pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering requirement that a Player has already begun will be honoured under the original terms.

All casino games available on the 67pkr platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any Player once a game round has commenced.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on the individual game information pages. Actual returns may vary in the short term due to the inherent variance of RNG-based games.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round, 67pkr will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.
• Players must not use any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage over other Players or over the Platform's intended game mechanics.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software or game logic is strictly prohibited. Players who discover such an error must report it to the support team immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are subject to forfeiture.

The 67pkr sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket, including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches, as well as other sports and events listed in the sportsbook at any given time. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be void unless explicitly offered as in-play markets. 67pkr's system timestamps all bets and the Platform's recorded time is definitive in all disputes regarding bet timing.
• For cricket matches, if a match is abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs before the minimum number of overs required by the governing cricket body for a result to be declared, 67pkr reserves the right to settle markets on the basis of an official result or to void affected markets and return stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per selection, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may vary depending on the market, event, and Player account tier.
• 67pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or that deviate materially from the true market price at the time of placement due to a technical error.

67pkr is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 67pkr Players free of charge and without delay:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, further real-money gaming is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set duration. Regular breaks are an important part of responsible gaming.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but betting and casino play is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 67pkr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately, and excluded Players will not receive any marketing communications.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 67pkr platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting or enabling another person to register using your personal details, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripted mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard Players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended features of the Platform for financial gain without reporting them to the 67pkr support team.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to 67pkr deposits without first raising the matter with 67pkr's support team and allowing a reasonable resolution period.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 67pkr employee or support agent via any communication channel.

All content on the 67pkr platform — including but not limited to the 67pkr brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data feeds, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 67pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from 67pkr.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any 67pkr software or game engine.
• Using the 67pkr brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on 67pkr content or software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67pkr's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

67pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or other informational content provided on the Platform for reference purposes.

67pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a 67pkr account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum period as required by the applicable gaming license and anti-money laundering regulations.
• 67pkr does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team, subject to legal retention obligations that may require certain data to be retained for a specified period regardless of such requests.

67pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 67pkr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 67pkr.net/terms-conditions. The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money balance subject to completion of KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 67pkr holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to attempt resolution through 67pkr's internal complaints process:

• Submit a detailed written complaint to the 67pkr support team, including your account details, a description of the dispute, and the resolution you are seeking.
• 67pkr will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a full written response within 14 business days of receipt.
• If you are not satisfied with 67pkr's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose license 67pkr operates. Details of the regulatory authority are available on the About Us page.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
